Assurance Program
Assurance Program (Public)
SELF separates:
1) the Core license (MAU-tiered), and
2) optional Assurance Proof (procurement-ready evidence).
This document describes the Assurance Program at a high level.
What “Assurance Proof” is
Assurance Proof is a package of evidence and review outputs that helps buyers and stakeholders verify that required safety properties are present in a real deployment.
Assurance Proof is withheld until required properties pass.
What assurance covers (typical scope)
Depending on tier, assurance may include:
- integration review (pre/post flow is implemented correctly)
- validation of required constraints for your use case
- review cadence and governance change control
- incident response expectations and evidence retention
- security/procurement support for enterprise processes
What assurance does NOT cover
Assurance Proof does not replace:
- your product’s escalation paths and disclosures
- clinical or emergency services
- your org’s compliance and security program
SELF is the governance layer; the product still has responsibilities.
